Soft skills programmes
These programmes were created by former CLIP student and former Psychology teacher Celso Costa, who was Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Universidade Católica Portuguesa for the past five years and is now the founder and CEO of Next Level Hub.
Super Hero Program
Designed for Lower School students from 4 years (Kindergarten) to 9 years (form 4), focusing on skills related to emotional intelligence, self-confidence, creativity, and grit.
Using the metaphor of superpowers to represent soft skills, Super Hero is a highly practical, engaging, and interactive programme that strengthens pupils’ emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and self-esteem, taking these areas to the next stage of their development. Pupils are trained in superpowers such as teamwork, bravery, grit, and more.

Future Now Program
Our brand new initiative designed for Middle School students from 10 years (Form 5) to 13 years (Form 8), focusing on skills related to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, study skills and vocational/career exploration.
Through these modules, soft skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and teamwork, amongst others, are developed. Using an innovative approach that makes learning highly interactive, practical, and enjoyable, we take students on a growth journey to the next level.

CSS – Coaching Students to Success Program
Designed for Upper School students from 14 years (Form 9) to 18 years (Form 12), focusing on skills related to emotional intelligence, productivity, university preparation, and leadership.
Ranked among the top ten most innovative educational programmes in Portugal, CSS is a pioneering, evidence-based extracurricular coaching programme designed to equip students with the skills needed to achieve sustained success, not only in their academic life and future professional careers, but also in their personal lives.
