CLIP – Oporto International School, accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), was established in 1990 and has approximately 1200 students, aged 3 to 18, from over 50 countries. All students benefit from an education that upholds the highest academic standards within a globally minded learning culture. CLIP follows an adapted version of the National Curriculum for England, building strong foundations in core subjects before moving on to Cambridge International programmes and qualifications, including IGCSE and A-Level/AICE Diploma. The curriculum emphasises STEM, humanities, languages, and the arts, fostering independent learning and critical thinking. For the academic year 2026–2027, we are recruiting a motivated Graphic Design Intern for a 9-month internship within our Media & Communication team. 

Requirements 

Applicants should 

• Be currently studying or have recently graduated in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, or a related field. 
• Possess a valid European Union passport or work permit allowing them to work in Portugal. 
• Be fluent in English. 
• Have proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 
• Be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the creation of digital and print materials (e.g. social media graphics, posters, presentations). 
• Assist in maintaining and developing the school’s visual identity and branding across platforms. 
• Collaborate with the Media & Communication team on campaigns and internal communications. 
• Support the production of events. 
• Contribute to content creation for school channels, including photography and basic video editing. 
• Assist in organising and archiving design assets. 
• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing learning opportunities. 
• Commit to school values, including safeguarding and child protection practices.
