CLIP School Memos

CLIP School Memos is a simpler, centralised hub for school–home communication, designed to make important updates easier to find, read, and act on. Built with parent feedback and PTA input, it brings year group news, trip details, schedules, and weekly round-ups into one convenient location, available on both desktop and mobile.

What is CLIP School Memos for?
CLIP School Memos is the home for general updates aimed at year groups or the wider school community. Posts are visual, clearly structured, and easy to browse chronologically. Filters and search help surface the right information fast, and posts remain available throughout the year for quick reference.

What stays the same?
iSams remains the school’s management system for timetables, attendance, school reports, and essential forms. Email remains a preferred medium for sending sensitive, private, or class-specific messages. This means important information is always delivered in the most appropriate place.

Staying informed
Notifications about new posts on CLIP School Memos are sent via the iParent app. Please ensure the iParent app is installed and notifications are enabled to receive timely alerts. For faster access, the Memos page can be saved to browser favourites or pinned to a mobile home screen with preferred year group filters applied.

How to get started
On the first visit, select the relevant year group or groups to tailor the feed. Use category filters and the global search to find posts quickly. On desktop, attachments can be previewed within the platform; on mobile, they may be downloaded to open. Each post shows when it was published and last updated, so it’s clear if details have changed.
